Apparently the GAO (Government Accountability Office) has concluded that some sellers of herbal dietary supplements are making some unwarranted health claims.

…state governments, that is. Legislation has been introduced in 34 states that would prohibit fines from being levied against citizens who refuse to buy mandated health insurance (imposed by the state or by the federal government). Is your state among them?
